Terms & Conditions

A $250 deposit is required before any work begins. After your project is reviewed and approved, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link for the $250 deposit. The remaining $250 balance is due before the website launches. Together these make up the $500 Complete Small-Business Website package.

The $500 package is intended for standard small-business websites. Advanced stores, custom booking systems, memberships, complex automations, and major custom features may require a separate quote.

Standard booking setup may include a basic appointment or reservation flow. Advanced scheduling rules, multiple staff calendars, memberships, subscriptions, or custom booking logic may require a separate quote. Basic online stores or product catalogs are reviewed individually and may require a custom quote.

The package includes two rounds of revisions. Each revision round should include one organized list of requested changes. New pages, major redesigns, new features, or changes outside the approved project scope may require an additional quote.

Minor launch corrections reported within seven days after launch are included. Future updates, new content, new pages, and new features may require a separate quote.

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, pricing, contact details, policies, photos, logos, and written content.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, business details, pricing, policies, links, and contact information before launch.

Green Flags Digital is not responsible for errors in information supplied or approved by the client.

Standard Privacy Policy and Terms templates are included. Green Flags Digital does not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for reviewing these policies and obtaining professional legal review when needed.

The client is responsible for all third-party accounts, subscriptions, platform charges, domain fees, payment-processing fees, texting fees, premium applications, and usage-based costs.

Green Flags Digital is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, price changes, account restrictions, service suspensions, or platform limitations.

Most standard websites can be completed within 1–3 weeks after the deposit and all required business information, photos, branding, pricing, policies, and content have been received. Delays in receiving client materials may extend the project timeline.

Deposits become non-refundable once design work begins. This covers the time and resources reserved for your project.

The website will not launch until the final balance is paid in full. Once the balance is settled, the site is published and domain connection and handoff are completed.
